If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. Our cancellation fee policy is as follows: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice: No fee will be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee of [insert fee amount] may apply.
